Lilian Alice was 23 when she married Enos Sambrook 22, son of Enos Sambrook, at Goldenhil in 1908. (Ilve only seen he transcript and not parish record itself). BDM index 1908 Q4 Wolstanton 6b/165.

Lillian and Enos had three daughters but two died in infancy. Enos himself died aged 26 in 1913. In 1921 the widowed Alice was living with her mother Isabella Knott (Flanagan) 78 and also widowed. With them was Alice and Enos's surviving daughter Angela.

In q4 1921 a Lily A Sambrook married a Daniel Clews in Wolstanton 6b/272. Could this be Lilian remarrying?

A Lilian A Clews, aged 66 dies in 1948. Death registered 1948 Q2 Stoke-on-Trent 9b/400. This makes her slightly older than expected.
