There is baptism record for Thomas in July the same year but not for Amos? Were they twins. Did Amos die? 1911 Aged 27, living at 38 William Terrace, Fegg Hayes with his wife Honora 28, born Burslem, and their children Thomas 7, Honora 4, Winifred 3, Sarah Ann 2. Sarah Ann was born in Tunstall all the their children in Fegg Hayes. The couple had been married for 8 years. Thomas was working as a Coal miner hewer.(RG14/16465)

Death registration index gives his age as 66.

1921 living at 37 Sun Street, Tunstall, Staffordshire, England aged 38 he gives his birth place as Burslem. He is a coal miner hewer working at Fenton Colliery co, Fenton. His wife Honora also gives her place of birth as Burslem. They have 8 children living with them ranging in age from 18 to 2. Tunstall is given as the birth place for all of the children although some are likely to have been born ub Fegg Hayes.

1939 Still living at Sun Street, his occupation is given as Brickworks labourer. He is still with his wife Honora and possibly four of their children, James Bernard, Marjorie (later Mrs Hole) and Nellie (later Mrs Slater). There is a fourth entry but it is still closed. He gives his DoB as 4 June 1882 but the GRO records it as 1884.
