Yes, parish record shows that Abraham, bachelor aged 21 of occupation mason, father Thomas Hallows, also a mason, 31 Raib(?) Street, Hulme married Barbara Cole, 20, a spinster from Kierkmanshulme Lane, father Richard Cole a rope maker. Witnesses were William Marshall and Emma Kidman.
William Marshall is almost certainly his brother in law, married a year earlier to his sister Mary Elizabeth.
